Design
Our solutions for your vision start where you are at. Whether you have CAD files already or need us to create or modify them for you, we offer efficient solutions to capture your vision into a design that you can own and take where you want. Beyond 2d drawings from CAD files, we also offer prototypical rendering (3D) as a virtual proof per design iteration, per product, per SKU. See Phase 1 in chart below. This phase allows you to verify that we are designing your vision before we begin physically building it. Clarifications are more efficiently accomplished during this conceptual phase.

Design for Manufacture
Phase 2-3 in the chart above culminate in Physical Proofs/ Prototypes per iteration/product/SKU, according to your project requirements. These phases would usually go together because manufacturer’s specifications on their parts/hardware cannot always be trusted as true to life. Additionally, actually building out your design gives us insight and feedback for you that you may like to know and integrate back into the design – before you mass produce aspects of the design that should first be optimized for assembly, fitment, use, etc. Another service we offer is helping you source your parts/suppliers for your BOM w/ fitment 2-3 deep, per your request, for supply-chain resilience. We finalize the first potential release of CAD files after feedback from prototyping is integrated in them.
Production
Phase 4 in chart above refers to producing a specified quantity of SKU’s produced across a contracted project timeline. This first mass-production run is only included in the design phases because we integrate feedback from scaled-up manufacturing into revised CAD files. Reduce CAD file conversion and release fees by waiting for this more final revision.
